Feel free to add questions that are not included and also to change the format of the questions that I have sent, if you wish. So, I look forward to hearing from you. And thanks for your patience with this. Edgar Cayce’s body, Cayce, in trance, said: ‘...in this [trance] state the conscious mind is under subjugation of the subconscious minds...or minds that have passed into the Beyond...What is known to one subconscious mind or soul is known to another, whether conscious of the fact or not.’ ruling of the destiny of men. Cayce replied: "They do....In the beginning, as our own planet, Earth, was set in motion, the placing of other planets began the ruling of the destiny of all matter as created, just as the division of waters was and is ruled by the moon in its path around the Earth...The strongest power in the destiny of man is the sun...then the closer planets...at the time of the birth of the individual....But let it be understood here...no action of any planet or any of the phases of the sun, moon, or any of the heavenly bodies surpass the rule of the man’s individual willpower." that of outside influences but learn to listen to that still small voice from within..." only recently that I have been telling others and teaching them how to do some of what I do, for themselves. I have believed for most of my life that, what I can do, so could others, if only I could figure out what I was doing and how I was doing it. It seemed as if I had somehow been born with 'The Knowhow' (rule book) imprinted within me, but that I could somehow teach others to do what I do. I had dicussed this with other well known psychics over the years, but they all said if someone doesn't have it, (psychism) you can't teach them. I emphatically disagreed with this. So tried for a number of years to figure out just what I was doing and how I was doing it, in order to help others do likewise. can we prove something we just know. We know what we are picking up is correct, without any shadow of a doubt, be that about a persons emotional, mental, physical or spiritual state. It seems sometimes as if we have seen a film in our head about the person concerned and know them inside out, be that to do with their past, present or future. I have always known that if someone asked me a specific question then I could answer them very specifically, which is always accurate. to know about them, I pick up aches, pains, their feelings and emotions very easily. About ten years ago I was trying to figure out how I do this, with a view to teaching others, so I looked back into myself and my own life. go anywhere without picking up or tuning into other people. Which made my life very uncomfortable. So I found a way to switch myself off, unless I wanted to tune in. This gave me a sense of being somewhat normal, I thought. I now know that normal doesn't exist we are all unique, so by definition none of us are the usual or normal. off, I discovered that I was not really tuning into others feeling and Emotions whilst I was with them, but tuning into myself and recognizing Feelings and emotions, even confusion. I began to teach others how to do this. I would split a class, telling half the class to feel different emotions, ie; elation, happiness, delight, sadness, grief, desolation etc. Then I would bring in the other half and get them to stand behind thee others, with their hands gently on the others shoulders and tune into their OWN feelings. EUREKA it worked! So from then on I knew, others could be taught how to use their own innate psychic abilities. It was only a matter of us trying to figure out ourselves as psychics and healers, how we were doing it, that knowhow, or inbuilt book of rules, and then pass it on. questions now Bette is, shortly after Christmas this year I had a very strange and wonderful experience. I was in bed when I heard someone come into my bedroom, I turned over and asked who is there, I saw this Lady standing over me, she seemed to get as much of a shock as I did. She said I am sorry, I didn't mean to scare you, I thought you were asleep. She informed me after we had become accustomed to each others presence that everynight while I am asleep they work with me, (A spiritual team of helpers) this I already knew about because I don't actually dream like others, the things I recall in the morning are of another world, I also knew I was working on another level at night. (This I can explain at another time, if you like) afraid? when I said no, she said, "Can I bring in the others"? I said yes please do, and others appeared around my bed. At this stage I sat up in bed and of course asked am I dreaming, realizing I wasn't, we chatted all night long. Me smoking and having cups of coffee and they talking and teaching me. spiritual beings, some of us have chosen to come on earth, some choose to stay in the spirit world, but we are all connected to each other and can be of help and assistance to each other at all times. When a spirit chooses to come to earth as a human, they choose where, when and with whom they want to be with, nothing in that design is left to chance. We come of our own free will to evolve spiritually, to learn certain lessons or for a specific reason, ie; to help and teach others along the way. When we decide to come we have a plan, problem being, so often most of us forget the reason for being on this planet. We forget that we are all one, all part of the whole and by helping each other we are helping the whole, the Source. Our free will is what makes a mess of everything. We have the freedom to think, act, behave in any way we choose to with our free will, or we can make an enormous difference in our own and others lives with our free will, be that good or bad. with a support system. We have a guardian angel, and what is a common term nowadays, A team of guides. These guides are always there to assist us and try to keep us on our own chosen path, they never interfere, dictate or try to control us, they will try to guide us whether or not we choose to be aware of them or not. The spirit beings that called to visit me where my team, so to speak. about my teaching, I, as usual for me, asked a million and one questions. They agreed with me that yes we can teach others to do what I do naturally. Not in the same way because as I said we are all unique and have our own methods of doing things, we went through the basics of spirituality, life, Earth, the spirit world, our connection with each other, spirit and human, and how we can all tune into the whole, the source at will. which I will go into later) how people have tried to teach others the basics of communicating, if some of them knew how to do it in theory, wrote about it, but couldn't actually do it themselves, or the people who actually could communicate comfortably with spirit. Many people have tried to teach communication with others, but for some reason it sounded too complicated. Some of course teach successfully but for some reason some students, can't seem to be able to comprehend the lesson. Trust is obviously essential, trust and belief in oneself and the spiritual world, acceptance of ourselves and others is another important ingredient. Once we have the positive ingredients and have let go of any negative thoughts, beliefs or doubts, we are already half way there and ready to communicate. through the simplest of methods of teaching communication with them, for me to pass on to my students. It is so simple it goes over most people’s heads, everyone seems to think that if it is that simple, it can't be possible, but it is. think it, blank your mind totally, don't presume an answer and don't analyze your own question, the Answer will come. Again don't analyze the answer, accept it. Keep your question simple to the point and uncomplicated, the answer will be heard within, simply and uncomplicated. We as humans ask a question and are analyzing the answer before the person has a chance to answer for themselves, that is why we perceive what others are saying, which is actually not what they mean at all. This is a known fact in counseling and psychology. So learn to ask, blank and listen. and every single person I have taught it to can do it perfectly. I have discovered that we think a lot of waffle unnecessarily. The questions are asked by us, within our minds and the answers are given to us in the same way. would lie down on a couch, and at will, go into a sleeplike, extended state of consciousness to access information from the subconscious minds in the Universe when prompted by a question presented to him. Other psychics/healers use tarot cards, numerology, tealeaves, crystal balls, dreams they have had, the palms of the hands, or ‘sense’ what has happened or will happen when in a particular place, with a certain person, or in contact with an object that belonged to a certain person. How do you conduct a psychic/healing session? in to spirit, events, situations, the problems this person is having or has had etc, all at the same time. When I began my healing practice I used to ask people to remain quite to help me to tune in. Now and for most of my life I just allow others to just speak if they want to, whatever I need to know just happens. I neither lie down, nor go into a trance or anything like that, others wouldn't even know I am doing it, it is so natural to me, I just know. If someone phones me with a question the same happens, I just know. If I am asked about others it is the same, if I think it appropriate I will pass on what I am getting, if I think it is a curiosity question or an interference I keep the information to myself. When clients come to me I do healing on them, picking up aches, pains, disease, emotions, feelings etc. I tell them what I think is relevant, I automatically tell them how to rectify whatever the problems are, be that physical, mental or spiritual. I concentrate on Healing, not on doing Psychic readings, whatever I pick up psychically I pass on, but only if it is appropriate to the problem they came with. through the mail? Please give examples. is they want to know, then yes, I can answer them accurately. If someone wants me to do healing for someone long distance, that is really as simple as doing healing on someone beside me, distance is of no consequence what so ever. If you want examples (I could always ask people I know and have worked with to give examples of this.) For example I had a phone call from a Lady concerning her sister who had a violent headache and what seemed to be a brain aneurysm, or hemorrhage. I immediately stated without a moments hesitation that what she had was only a very violent migraine attack, I told her to put rosemary and lavender oil on her 75 year old sisters temples, a cold wet cloth on the back of her neck and forehead, put her lying down in a darkened room and I did healing on her. The vomiting immediately stopped as did the headache. I also knew instantly that by the following morning this Lady was going to be a bit weak on her feet but otherwise perfectly fine, which she was. By the time the Doctor arrived to this Lady she was already nearly better. I actually don't stop to think about anything when I get a call like this, my response is immediate and always accurate, thank goodness. case? know what happened to them. your special gifts cause you any particular problems like in the case of Edgar Cayce, who continually had to ‘prove’ that he was not a charlatan? 3 Obviously I don't go looking for problems, I have always felt it a waste of time trying to prove myself to anyone else, people will believe whatever they want to believe, no matter what I say or do, and I actually don't care who believes, that is their prerogative. I have always known what I have, the funny thing is I assumed until I was about twelve that everyone else was the same. When I learned that I seemed to be the unusual one, I learned to keep my mouth shut. My Mother tells me I was always different as a toddler I would tell the family things that were going to happen, she tells me I was always right and they never thought to question what I said. When my Son was small and started talking I realized he had the same gift, so answered his questions as they arose, then the penny really dropped, we were definitely different. My healing gifts came later and became stronger as I grew older, as in fact did my psychic abilities. One thing I have learned is the more you use either healing or psychism the stronger and more powerful they become, which is the case with any talent or ability. most people do not tap into them? aware of, but with belief in ourselves, awareness of life and spirituality and acceptance of all that is, we can enhance our own abilities. Everything in life happens for a reason, some people are obviously open to psychism from an early age, as if they never shut it down, where as others seem to have blocked their own abilities, ignoring what is so obvious to others, all part of the PLAN I assume. We only accept in life whatever we are ready to accept, because we cannot perceive something which we do not want to know or understand. necessary because you can do one on yourself? And if so, have you ever not followed your own intuition because you have chosen another path, and then regretted it? 5 Yes years ago I had a phone call from a man I had never heard of, asking me to come and see him. He is Paddy McMahon author of 'The Grand Design' He told me I had every psychic gift going, and told me to go and use it, he told me things about my life that nobody other than myself and my Guide knew about. At long last I felt I wasn't alone that someone else was like me. This started a wonderful, beautiful friendship between us, that is as important to me today as it was the day I met Paddy. The other part of your question is about my intuition, I always follow my intuition, but I have discovered that I must also take into account other peoples free will. So if I have known something will or will not work out for me, I must also be aware that if it doesn't work out as I perceived it to, that it could be down to someone else’s decision. There is no black and white in life, no right and wrong answer, but always keeping an open mind, without judgment or criticism and allowing for others free will. Everyone else’s path we cross, we cross for a reason, the trick is discovering what the reason is. But nothing happens by accident and there is no such thing as a coincidence. I can blow it, or someone else can blow it, our choices our free will. until you are called upon to use them? perfectly honest I think I am switched on all the time now, but not to pick up the aches and pains as I once did, which was very uncomfortable for me, but I have a sort of antenna always open. spirits of the departed, like Sylvia Browne? Can you act as a channel between the departed and the living relatives and friends? actually doesn't work like that, most of the time spirits just appear to us when they choose to. We can tune into our own Spirit Guides whenever we want to, or call our healing team of spiritual beings whenever we want their help, as in Edgar Cayce. I have often asked Edgar for help with clients or myself and hey presto in he comes with the most obvious of answers. As for channeling answers between the two worlds, yes we can, if the spirit involved wants to say something to the client and if I think it is relevant to the person concerned. We actually have to be choosey in what we hear and pass on, some stuff we hear is of no importance or relevance to the person or situation, so as you can see we as Healers/Psychics have to use our own discretion. stories about your readings for your clients? tell people what I know would be for their highest good, or show them a different way of looking at things that will ultimately help them. If I know people don't want to change and want information out of curiosity only, then they won't change anyway, so I don't bother saying anything and just let them find their own way. To give you specific details of things I have told clients, would take forever there are so many different things happening all the time. Every single day is a surprise to me. I never even think about what I am going to do or say with anyone before I see them, then whatever happens is also a surprise to me. Words seem to tumble out of my mouth without having had time to get through my thought process. There is an inner knowing about others that is natural to me, I will immediately know what the person is good at, what their main problems are and where they ought to go from here, so I tell them this. I can also see people’s auras whether they are beside me or at a distance, which gives me a clear picture of the person concerned. intuitive readings or read the body like an x-ray machine as Cayce did? Do you know other psychics/healers who can do this? when I am looking at someone or doing healing on them I attune myself in a more focused way and can see exactly what is going on in their body. I can at the same time tune into their emotional, mental and spiritual situation. Maybe a better term for this is extended consciousness but I call it; just being open and aware. As I said we are all one, all part of the whole and tuning in and being aware to me is tuning into the collective unconscious, (as Carl Jung called it) or the Source as Edgar Cayce called it. It is really all one and the same. Yes I do know another psychic who can do this, as in seeing with x-ray vision, Maura Lundberg, a friend of mine. Maura works as a spiritual advisor and does psychic readings for people. My plan is to teach others how to do this also. ideas or for general networking? organizations, committees and the like, although I am a member of 'The World Federation of Healers' and encourage other healers to belong to such an organization for the protection of the client and themselves, I steer clear of boards and committees. To my way of thinking Religion, Schools, Races and other groups have always dictated to people as to how they should and should not run their lives. I am firm believer in everyone being a free spirit, yes we must conform to certain rules in life for society sake, but I am against heaps of rules and regulations set down by others. I have a circle of friends who are all involved in Spiritual affairs in one way or another, like attracts like, so we have great fun between us, tossing around ideas, theories etc, so that is my network. so many and by the time I have answered all your questions Bette, I won't have to write my own book, it will end up as a book in itself! But all joking aside, I would recommend Paddy McMahon's books The Grand Design, this series of books covers all aspects of our reason for being here, spirit, communication, afterlife, reincarnation, freewill etc, also his book 'A Free Spirit', which is written with a spirit being known as Margaret Cussack, who has the job of welcoming people into the spirit world when they move on. Cayce's health care advice, as well as my own and others. Cayce stated that whatever was wrong with the body, we created it so who better to fix it than ourselves, I totally agree with this, to my way of thinking there is always a simple answer to any given problem. We have an awful habit of complicating everything in our lives, if we keep things simple, the answer is literally staring us in the face. clients?) For example, Nancy Reagan’s psychic could see that Nancy was going to develop a breast tumor and recommended that she have mammograms done every 6 months. Do you have any similar experiences to relate on how you helped a client or friend, or relative escape a detrimental experience? people is an everyday part of my work, people can avoid a lot of heartache and pain by being aware of situations they ought to avoid and by being careful of their thoughts, words and actions. planet with a plan, the plan being that I was going to remain psychically open and aware of having a healing and teaching gift, with the sole purpose of passing it on wherever I could and helping others. I also know what and who I was, while in spirit, a teacher. I still am working in spirit and on earth as a teacher. This is what I meant earlier when I said I don't dream like others do, I am aware that I have been working at night in the spirit world and know exactly what I have been doing. on earth, a part of us is always in the spirit world, it has been called the higher self, the over soul, the spiritual part of us, which also explains why some of us can communicate so easily, we are very aware that we already have all the answers at our disposal, whenever we want them. I believe Edgar Cayce knew this as did many other psychics throughout history. So knowing this, of course we also know we have the ability to answer questions, and why wouldn't we have access to the akashic records, everyone has. with information he gave in his readings. Are you religious? And how do your religious beliefs aid you as a psychic? always have been. I do believe we were all born into the right religion for the right reasons, sort of kindergarten stuff, we all need some sort of rules to begin with in life, but as we grow up, we ought to think things through for ourselves and not behave like sheep. I think that in Edgar Cayce's case he read the bible constantly and held beliefs he was fed, in those days you daren't not conform. The bible was written for it's day and was perfect for it's time and even today in many ways, only if interpreted correctly. Every book ever written is the same, someone else’s interpretation and maybe right for that time in History, but not to be stuck rigidly to in this day and age. Life moves on, we evolve and so does our awareness, so we ought to keep in mind that what was perfect in 2 AD, or 1900 is not so relevant today, always keeping an open mind on everything. future world events. Have you ever done this, and if so, please tell about these predictions. it happened in the early nineties. I always know when there is a storm coming, or some major event is going to happen. For example I knew last year that Europe was going to be hit by floods, this year I know there will be a lot of fires, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. relate? or what we were in the past, it is who we are and what we are now that matters to me. I can see peoples faces changing in front of me to a past life face and actually know who they were etc, sometimes it explains what is blocking people from moving on, phobias etc If this is the case I tell them, if not I say nothing. In a teaching setting I show others how to see past lives and how to look into their own. If someone is very caught up in past lives, I find it prevents them from seeing themselves for who they are now and getting on with it. Some psychics say that practice has improved their accuracy. they say USE IT OR YOU LOSE IT, with psychic abilities as with everything else, yes it certainly does get stronger and never seems to end, everyday is a surprise to me. Also as we use our psychic abilities as part of our everyday lives, there comes a confidence with it and inner knowing that whatever we know, we know with a confidence and surety of its accuracy. reading good for that particular moment in time, but not necessarily true if one chooses another path? obviously nobody has control over our minds, so we are free to think whatever we want and the thought is the deed. As regards to doing readings for people, we can see what will happen if someone takes a given path, but of course the person might decide to do otherwise. If someone is already on a solid straight path with determination to do something and nothing will sway them, then yes we could say what will happen. In a relationship situation we can see what will happen if two people decide to get together, be that for their good or otherwise, we can even see how two people are perfectly matched, but there is always the chance that one of them with their free will can alter the course of their relationship and either make it or break it. personality traits, or ‘fate’? And in answer to the final bit, which is enormous, do we choose our own Reality, are we guided by Karma, Genetics, Personality or Fate? with whom and with what lessons we wanted to learn. Our Personality is our Soul inner being, so from life to life, spirit world to earth, we are Indelibly our true soul selves, that is our inner being, improving hopefully as we evolve. of existence we are living in, with the highs and lows, the good and bad, which that entails. Acceptance of who we are, what our circumstances are and getting on with it, concentrating on how to rectify our lives instead of moaning about everything, it is after all, our own Karma, we created it, so we ought to deal with it. There are abusers and victims in life, if the victims stop behaving the victim there can be no abuser, it is all back to how we view things, the cup is either half full or half empty. Here again is acceptance, accept what you have in life, if you want something different do something about it to change it. Genetic traits to do with that family, be that either good or bad, gifts or trials. The ability to be cheerful and outgoing or depressive and moody, here again we have free will, accept the bad as a family trait or change it within yourself. with a very clear purpose, a plan, what we make of our journey is up to us. We can be superb and have a wonderful life or we can be a miserable moan. We have planned our journey, we also planned meeting up with other souls along the way that is Fate, but also our plan, and again free will can alter all of this. whilst we are in it. If people only realized this fact, that they make their own reality and that if they believe in the best of everything for themselves then that is what they will have, but if they believe in the worst always happening then that is also what they will get, we are our thoughts and whatever we focus on will become our Reality. sake it didn't take as long for you to ask as it did for me to answer.
