A Personal Message given to me One night many years ago, alone in my bed, I heard someone enter my bedroom, turning around assuming it to be a friend who had stayed with me regularly, I was shocked to see a Lady I didn't know. "I asked, who are you" she quitely said, I am sorry, we didn't mean to startle you, are you alright? I immediately said, who are we? Strange as it sounds, I was extremly calm, or rather became calm and said, yes I am alright but who are you? and why are you here? She said I come to you regularly to teach and help you, do you mind if I bring the others in? As four other beings walked into my bedroom I thought I must be dreaming. She said you can call me your Lady and you are not dreaming. The only way I can describe this Lady friend of mine is, she is like a sort of other wordly sister in a hospital from times gone by, nunnish yet not like a nun. the others were more ethereal in appearance, not as solid looking as the Lady. This Lady talked to me all night about my work, my clients, my classes and students, she told me what the Spirit world liked about my way of teaching Spirituality and even something they didn't like, which was to do with an obstinate client I had many years before, which I didn't handle very well. Her main reason for visiting me that night (because she came again, for different reasons) was to teach me how best to teach others how to communicate with Spirit, in the simplest way possible. I just love the simplicity of her method, which I will explan. Usually when we ask someone a question, we are automatically assuming what they will answer and even what our next question will be, she said to stop this. To train ourselves to ask a question, let our minds go blank. Allow the person to answer without any preconceived ideas as to what they might reply. Then await their answer. This is how to communicate with Spirit Simplify your questions, Ask, Let your mind go blank, then allow Spirit to reply. We can communicate with our Higher Self, and/or Ascended Masters, Angels, Guides and other Spirit in this way. A real case of, Ask and you will receive. It is as simple as that. Then all we need do is Trust.
