The
spiritual path is available to all,
and far from being a dry subject of self denial and struggle, it is characterised by the joy we
encounter along the way. It is the popular expectation that the spiritual pathway is frought
with pain and suffering as well as tribulation and sacrifice. Whilst the conventional
Christian and other religions make a virtue of such a dour and dificult journey, this view is
changing as Religion power structures loosen their grip on our spiritual
consciousness.
Yes, we can and do
lose our way temporarily, and generally we have a tendancy to feel guilt and pain as a
result, the good news is that at any moment you may, without ANY looking back, adjust
your progress, dust yourself off and continue your heavenward journey.
At any moment you may return, change
your way of thinking and begin again to celebrate joy in your
heart.
For this to be a reality requires
only to accept the Holy Spirit in your heart and let each moment be brand new, that means
discarding the judgements and condemnations of the past as if the past had no reality,
which it doesn't.
I had
been consistently meditating every day for around 40 minutes prior to training in
psychic arts and mediumship.
From my very first psychic medium experience, I was astounded to see what can
only be described as a movie in my head, with people I didn’t know, telling me things to pass
on to others.
I had many extraordinary
experiences in my life and if I shared them with you, you would think that any one of them
would convince me that I should develop what lay behind them, so that I might be of help to
others. But like most psychics, that was most certainly not the case.
I spent a lot of time explaining
away the incredible and the remarkable as variations of the ordinary, coincidences and
untouchable mysteries.
I do believe we all have these
gifts. Some are more easily recognised in ourselves than others. All true psychic gifts share
the same purpose, Healing.
The result of their use must be to bring
relief, joy, happiness and healing to people. True psychic gifts are never frightening or
scary and if they are ever abused, it is the abuser who suffers
most.
I carry the banner of love as both
the source and expression of all that is true and this is a characteristic of all true
psychics.
Whilst I always had strong
intuition, felt things seemingly from people and spirits that were not in the
normal range of communication, I still would not have put myself down essentially as
different to anyone else
This is a major
key I think, to development of one's potential. There is so much to distract us in our modern
fast moving world. And we can easily use our busy-ness to convince ourselves that even
meditation is difficult to do regularly. But it is really a must. we have given a little
